Welcome to Stone Pro Services

Stone Pro Services, a leading provider of dry ice cleaning and blasting services, is dedicated to delivering environmentally friendly, chemical-free cleaning solutions to various industries. With a strong focus on the automobile industry, food manufacturing, and commercial and industrial cleaning needs, we offer a safe and efficient alternative to traditional cleaning methods. Our processes are FDA and EPA approved, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

At Stone Pro Services, we recognize the growing demand for eco-conscious cleaning solutions that effectively remove contaminants while minimizing environmental impact. Our dry ice cleaning and blasting technology utilizes solid carbon dioxide (CO2) pellets, which evaporate upon contact with surfaces, leaving no residue or harmful byproducts. This innovative approach eliminates the need for water or chemicals, making it a sustainable and non-toxic option for a wide range of cleaning applications.

What is Dry Ice Cleaning?

Dry ice blasting, also known as CO2 blasting, is a cleaning process that uses solid carbon dioxide (CO2) pellets, commonly known as dry ice, as a blasting medium. It is a non-abrasive and non-toxic method of cleaning various surfaces. The process involves accelerating dry ice pellets using compressed air through a blasting machine. The high-velocity pellets strike the surface being cleaned and rapidly sublimate from solid to gas upon impact. This sublimation process creates tiny explosions on the surface, effectively removing contaminants, such as dirt, grime, grease, paint, or other coatings. Dry ice blasting is used in various industries, including automotive, manufacturing, food processing, electronics, aerospace, and restoration.

Some benefits of dry ice blasting include:

Non-abrasive:
Dry ice blasting is non-abrasive, meaning it does not damage or erode the surface being cleaned. It eliminates the need for traditional methods that may involve harsh chemicals, wire brushes, or sandblasting.

Environmentally friendly:
Dry ice is made from reclaimed carbon dioxide, a byproduct of various industrial processes. It does not produce any secondary waste or leave residue behind, making it an environmentally friendly cleaning method.

Non-conductive and non-toxic:
Dry ice blasting is safe for electrical components and machinery, as dry ice is non-conductive. It is also non-toxic and does not introduce additional chemicals or contaminants into the environment.

Versatile and efficient:
Dry ice blasting can clean a wide range of surfaces, including metals, plastics, rubber, wood, and delicate or sensitive equipment. It effectively removes contaminants without causing damage or disassembly of the objects being cleaned.
